- 1)As soon as I opened the door, stinky door mat inside the bathroom dominated the whole room. I asked for change, the staff brought non-stinky one but too dirty. The second replacement was still bad smell, but better. (Too tired to argue). 2) Internet connection was unstable. Always off after midnight, so I needed to reconnect.3) Main course for breakfast was OK, but the fruit was so unfresh (except pisang mas/local banana).4) Still many on my list but that's all for now. I like the hotel group (I like Santika, no complaint), but Amaris is off my list from now on.5) With the rate I don't expect luxury, just standard and descent service (clean room, simple but healthy ingredient of food, etc.) Because I got the better service of other hotel with the same level & rate.

The only thing I would mention, but its has to do with the location is that in the rooms over night you can hear all the outside traffic.
